Agreement to Terms

By using WebForCheap's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. WebForCheap is a service of Blue Oak Interactive LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services We Provide

WebForCheap provides website design, development, and hosting services for businesses. Our services include:

• Static website design and development
• Website hosting on our content delivery network
• Domain management assistance
• Website updates and maintenance (as specified in your plan)

Pricing and Payment

Setup Fees

Website setup fees are one-time charges due upon project commencement. Setup fees cover the design, development, and initial deployment of your website. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

Monthly Hosting

Monthly hosting fees are billed in advance. Your hosting subscription begins when your website goes live. Hosting fees cover website hosting, SSL certificates, and CDN delivery.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our prices. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. Continued use of our services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Your Content and Files

Ownership

You own the content you provide (text, images, logos) and the website files we create for you. Website files are stored in your Google Drive, giving you direct access and control.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the right to use any content you provide
• The accuracy of information on your website
• Compliance with applicable laws regarding your business and website content
• Maintaining access to your Google Drive account

Prohibited Content

We do not host websites containing:

• Illegal activity or content that violates any applicable law
• Sexual or adult content
• Hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting protected groups
• Political messaging, propaganda, or campaign materials
• Violence, threats, harassment, or bullying
• Terrorism or extremist content
• Malware, phishing, or other malicious software
• Spam, deceptive marketing, or misleading business practices
• Impersonation or fraudulent representation of another person or business
• Cryptocurrency scams, pyramid schemes, or get-rich-quick schemes
• False health claims, miracle cures, or unproven medical treatments
• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives sales
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
• Gambling or betting services (unless properly licensed)
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Animal cruelty or content promoting harm to animals

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for any content we determine, at our sole discretion, to be harmful, offensive, or inconsistent with our values.

Hosting Terms

Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for hosted websites. We use Cloudflare's global CDN to ensure fast, reliable delivery. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for occasional downtime.

Backups

Your website files are stored in your Google Drive, which serves as your primary backup. We recommend maintaining your own backups of important content.

Domain Names

Domain registration is separate from our services. You are responsible for domain registration, renewal, and any associated fees. We can assist with domain setup and DNS configuration.

Cancellation and Termination

Cancellation by You

You may cancel your hosting subscription at any time. Contact us at hello@webforcheap.com to cancel. Upon cancellation:

• Your website will remain online until the end of your paid period
• You retain access to your website files in your Google Drive
• No refunds are provided for partial months

Termination by Us

We may terminate your service for violation of these terms, non-payment, or if your website contains prohibited content. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption
• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebForCheap and Blue Oak Interactive LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your website content, or your violation of these terms.

Intellectual Property

WebForCheap's logo, branding, and proprietary tools remain our property. We grant you no rights to our intellectual property except as necessary to use the services. Any code or designs we create for your website become your property upon payment.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Idaho.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WebForCheap regarding your use of our services.
